In May 2014, Thanh Dong organic farm warmly welcomed students from Huynh Thi Luu Secondary School and Ly Tu Trong Primary School to visit and study. The concept of garden or farm is absolutely familiar to the students because most of them have their household garden. However, it did not make the students less interested in things they discovered at Thanh Dong organic farm. A lot of questions, such as why the farm is surrounded with grass fence, why farmers plant flowers, why farmers make compost by themselves, why the vegetables here are called organic, etc., were asked by the students. Farmers were also enthusiastic about answering the questions and helping the students learn more about organic farm.

In addition to this, Thanh Dong organic farm were also happy to welcom 34 students from Da Dang College of Technology, Da Nang University of Education, Da Nang University of Architecture, and Phan Chau Trinh University. It is the model of organic agriculture that the students wish to study the procedure of organic cultivation and process of working with community through the project "Developing organic farming model in Thanh Dong, Cam Thanh".
